Our Veg Bag system helps health-focused homes enjoy fresh organic produce without making weekly food shopping complicated. We prepare seasonal selections with the practical needs of our customers in mind, so you can bring nourishing ingredients into your kitchen with ease.

Each week, we invite you to choose the Veg Bag option that best suits your household. Because our selections follow the seasons, the contents can reflect what is fresh and available rather than promising the same fixed mix every week.

We keep our ordering rhythm clear: orders need to be placed by Tuesday at 2pm, giving us time to prepare your produce carefully. We then deliver on our scheduled Wednesday or Thursday routes across selected Cape Town areas.

How our Veg Bags work

We make weekly ordering straightforward, from choosing your bag to receiving seasonal organic produce at home.

Choose your bag

We offer a variety of Veg Bag options so you can select what best fits your needs. Our seasonal approach keeps your weekly produce fresh, useful and connected to the time of year.

Order by Tuesday at 2pm

We ask you to place your order by Tuesday at 2pm. This gives us the time we need to prepare your produce before the local delivery routes begin.

Receive it at your door

We deliver fresh produce to City Bowl, Atlantic Seaboard, Milnerton and Hout Bay on Wednesday afternoons. Constantia, Southern Suburbs, Muizenberg and the Deep South are served on Thursday mornings.
